NZ Visa Jobs was founded by Clint, a licensed immigration adviser having founded New Zealand Immigration & Employment Solutions previously. With a background in business management and over 15 years of experience across recruitment, IT and immigration advice, Clint launched this job board to solve a growing problem—connecting skilled migrants with employers genuinely open to sponsorship in New Zealand and taking away the frustration of not hearing back.

Having travelled to more than 30 countries and personally migrated to the UK on a working holiday visa, Clint understands the challenges and opportunities of the immigration and job hunting journey. He combines practical experience with technical innovation to help migrants and businesses navigate processes confidently.

Clint is passionate about fair and transparent dealings, making it easier for migrants to access roles that align with their skills.

Stephanie Densem

Stephanie is a business operations expert with a decade of experience in sales and account management. Her adeptness at swiftly identifying client needs and fostering relationships has consistently driven organizational goals to fruition.

Dedicated to cultivating a culture of teamwork Stephanie remains focused on delivering outcomes. Her commitment to client service excellence is evident in her end-to-end support.
