Full-time Chefs are required for a range of hospitality businesses across New Zealand. These positions involve preparing and cooking meals in line with established menus, maintaining food safety, and contributing to daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures in the kitchen.
  • Assist with stock control, food preparation, and daily kitchen tasks.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven and documented chef experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to follow recipes, manage service prep, and work under pressure.
  • Must meet INZ AEWV English language, character, and medical requirements, with supporting evidence submitted at the time of application.

Preferred but Not Essential:

  • A formal culinary qualification.
  • Experience with a range of cuisines or in fast-paced hospitality settings.
