(ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
Full-time Chefs are required for a range of hospitality businesses across New Zealand. These positions involve preparing and cooking meals in line with established menus, maintaining food safety, and contributing to daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu standards.

Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures in the kitchen.

Assist with stock control, food preparation, and daily kitchen tasks.

Work as part of a team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven and documented chef experience in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to follow recipes, manage service prep, and work under pressure.

Must meet INZ AEWV English language, character, and medical requirements, with supporting evidence submitted at the time of application.
Preferred but Not Essential:

A formal culinary qualification.

Experience with a range of cuisines or in fast-paced hospitality settings.
