A qualified and experienced Electrician is required to carry out installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems. This role demands high-quality technical performance, attention to safety standards, and timely documentation of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality work on electrical installations.
  • Perform commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
  • Accurately and promptly complete job documentation, including timesheets and job sheets.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational and quality systems across teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulations, safety procedures, and site policies.
  • Maintain strong awareness of and adherence to Health and Safety practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven and documented work experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to meet Immigration New Zealand's English language requirements for the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV)evidence of English proficiency must be provided at the time of application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound IT knowledge and competency in using operating systems and digital tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of trade equipment, wiring systems, and relevant control mechanisms.

Required Certifications and Licences:

  • Ability to gain New Zealand Electrical Registration before you apply for a visa.
  • Full driver’s licence.
