Experienced Residential HVAC Technicians are required for full-time roles installing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, ducted systems, ventilation systems, and associated controls.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance and system performance testing.

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation instructions.

Complete installation and service documentation accurately and on time.

Ensure all work is completed to required quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe and serviceable condition.

Support installation and project teams as required.
Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years of proven and documented experience working as a Residential HVAC Technician or in residential air conditioning and ventilation installation and servicing.

Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic procedures.

Experience installing and servicing heat pumps, split systems, ducted air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

Ability to diagnose faults and provide practical solutions efficiently.

Relevant trade qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, or equivalent preferred.

Current driver’s licence required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
