Civil Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced Civil Machine Operators to join a busy civil construction team in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating heavy civil machinery, including excavators, dump trucks, rollers and diggers.
• Transporting materials around construction sites.
• Assisting with earthworks, site preparation and general civil construction.
• Undertaking physical labour and assisting ground crews when required.
• Following site safety procedures and operating machinery safely.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience operating civil construction machinery.
• Experience operating excavators, rollers, dumpers or similar equipment.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Minimum IELTS 5.0 English proficiency or equivalent, with the ability to pass an English assessment.
• Physically fit and willing to undertake manual labour when required.
• Ability to provide employment references and evidence of previous work experience.
